Nope. Do not stay here, especially if you have pets. Booked for 6 days, We are checking out 1 day early and don't even care about the refund- what kind of hotel checks in ALL the dogs on top of eachother when there is barely anyone here. Thin walls, all these pet friendly rooms have connecting doors, so there's almost zero privacy when you have dogs.
Pros: great breakfast! It was really nice and quiet for Monday and Tuesday. Great beds and pillows and super hot water!
Cons: tiny bathroom (have to stand on the side of toilet to open or close bathroom door) ZERO wifi in the pet friendly rooms, terrible location, nothing nearby is accessible, no sidewalks..
There are these 2 "long term" residents that act like they own the place. Conveniently the front desk put us right next to them! When there is NOBODY else here. The woman kept trying to come in our room- even after we spoke to her and once I didn't close our door all the way (because they won't, you need to force the doors closed) and she opened our door and tried to come in! And even kept calling our room! She also has her 2 big dogs off the leashes at 3-4am barking by all of our windows-and they are NOT friendly. those dogs had the wood fence rocking the other day because they were trying to get to my dog. Their giant RV here also stinks up the property pretty bad.. not sure if it's a coincidence but I developed a terrible sinus infection while staying here
Night shift is a joke, seems like we woke the kid up to tell him about their prized "resident" and he didn't even care.. just stared thru my husband and shrugged. seems like they just don't care about the pet guests being comfortable - and my pets happen to be my kids. Nope. I cannot recommend this place

Horrible policy. Force taking copy of drivers license or will not let you stay. I've been a bw member for decades. Never had such a rude experience. Identify theft is real and allowing hotel clerks to copy your id is one way that it happens. Avoid

Amazing stay. At first I was like ok wow kind of dated inside but everything was clean & I felt like home with my kids. We were walking around the lobby in our socks. Haha. That's how comfortable & homey this place was. Also great breakfast for a hotel chain... one of the better ones.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was able to park close to the room, it was quiet, the room had a great refrigerator and microwave that worked well, and the staff was awesome!

Be aware that they REQUIRE that you allow them to make and keep a copy of your drivers license in order to check in. They note that it is to prevent credit card chargebacks - so apparently belonging to their frequent traveler points system and booking online directly does not matter.
EDITED TO ADD: Too lazy to respond to me individually - more reasons to stay elsewhere - clearly their desire to steal personal information is greater than caring about the guest.
