I understand that this whole Covid thing has hindered businesses from making money to keep up their normal schedule and improvements. That being said, undisclosed $12 charge for parking, small pillows on a king sized bed, carpet in our room that needs replaced and a pool that looked like there was a quick attempt to clean it and never look back. I'm sorry but this hotel has gone downhill since our last stay here and I don't think we'll be staying here again.
I was disappointed with a few things. One being a $12 parking lot fee. The lot is clearly big enough to fit all its guests- this fee is just ridiculous. Only hotels in big cities charge for parking due to parking restrictions.There was a $25/ day charge for our dogs to stay with us. We are Hilton members & at other hotels where we are members we do not pay any fees. Another reason we were dissatisfied was that the pool/ spa was closed-Soaking in the spa was part of the reason we decided to stay there. Another reason was we were put right next to the elevator. It was quite loud. The bed was comfy & the T V worked.
A bit dated. Had to switch rooms because my AC unit quit. Pool area looks a little dingy and there is a musty smell upon entering the building. They also overcharged me almost $180 that still needs to be resolved and the breakfast could use some quality improvements. I'll probably find another place to stay next time I'm in town. Good location though.
A quiet hotel, did not hear noises from rooms around or below mine. I do find it difficult to comprehend why this hotel has the audacity to charge $12 per night for self-parking your vehicle in addition to the state tax, the city tax and the lodging tax (taxes that total almost 10%) that is added to the room rate. The hotel is 57 miles from DIA! Loveland is a town of 81,127 people! It's not a major population center! The majority of guests will be driving a vehicle Why does this hotel charge that much for parking?
The staff at this hotel are great. Extremely friendly and helpful. I was shocked when I got home and reviewed my bill and say $36 added for parking. Really?!? This was not on my reservation and was never mentioned during my stay. I would like to see that refunded! The floors in this hotel are terribly dirty and stained, in room/lobby/elevator, basically everywhere. If I do not hear back from hotel on parking charges I will provide the above review on other sites like trip advisor. 2 star rating based on parking and dirty floors. Parking situation was resolved by Hotel management.
