We were checked inn upon arrival so check inn would be faster. Our boss who is a Diamond member books our rooms and does our check inn for us. Aubrey was the receptionist and was very rude and combative speaking to myself and another member of our group very aggressive stating she can refuse us service due to the other person not having mask fully on his nose when he has glasses and after coming in from 3 degree weather couldn’t see to give her the info she was asking for. I myself had my mask fully on yet she was still combative and literally arguing with me in the lobby. Very very unprofessional and not a good way to keep guests happy more less satisfied with the stay... dissatisfaction all the way!!!!!
A friend and I had recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks because our spouses we in a severe accident and being treated at MCR. Yes, the rooms were great, beds comfy, great accommodations, clean...but I’m here to write about the staff. Everyone we encountered daily were so kind, compassionate, caring about our wellbeing and our loved ones (they saw us crying a lot). They provided anything we needed with such willingness. Always asked how we were doing and our loved ones were. They were flexible in our reservation because we weren’t sure how long or short we would be there. I apologize I can’t remember everyone’s names, but if they read this I hope they know we mean you! Some of our friends wanted to cover some of our hotel costs and Alex was so helpful and patient with them in working out the details. Great place and super staff!! Thank you for making a sad reason we were there better with amazing service.
We were not told that there was a parking fee per day. Just kept taking it from my card daily. When I call the site in Loveland Colorado, the manager was basically saying “ oh well, this is our policy since the COVID has happened and need to make up revenue,” so we a customers have to pay as usual. Large corporations will not cover their own losses, take from the little guy. Very aggravating, but as the manager said “oh well”. Not cool business practice at all. And house cleaning not the best either.
Staff was friendly. The "Clean Stay" seal on the hotel room door brought a feeling that this room was super clean and sanitized just for me. Upon entering the room I was disappointed. The room was in need of a remodel. Dust on the cabinet top, only half of the bathroom light worked, there was hair on the shower wall, the caulking between the shower wall and floor pan was black, the shower pan was cracked, the toilet paper holder and safety rails were rusty, and there were stains on the carpet. The bed was hard as a brick.
The place was clean and quiet despite being close to the interstate. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice. Small patio outside with a propane grill. Happy with the 3 night stay and would stay again.
