Great hotel. No issues. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff is incredibly nice. The reason for the deducted star is that on our last day, a gentleman complained to the front desk about something. From my understanding, his complaint was ridiculous to say the least. The hotel treated him with respect and provided a free room. However, once he walked out, one man said very loudly "oh my God" and started laughing and they all began talking loudly about his complaint negatively. I understand it was absurd but from my perspective, it was difficult to enjoy breakfast while they were fussing over it. Quietly talk to your coworkers in the back or whisper about the experience. Don't make it known to everyone in the hotel.
Pretty standard Hampton Inn. Good location if you are going to the Rocky Mountains. Hotel itself was fine. Clean, good beds, good breakfast. Everything was good, clean hotel, nice beds. Its also convenient for the shops.
Our stay was great the staff gets 5 stars. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because the bed was horrible for the 2 nights I stayed I probably got 9hrs of sleep total. This was my first stay and will be my last unless a upgrade happens. I also probably won't look for Hiltons to stay at in the future. We have way to many brand hotels that have upgrade rooms with better beds
Clean room, decent breakfast, friendly staff, and it is quiet. Spent a few hours atthe hotel across the street from here and I can tell you it is day and night between the 2 hotels I will always choose hampton now.
Would not recommend. Front desk staff was rude and unaccomidating! Booked thru a booking site, showed my reservation and was told that didn't matter. Whatever happened to good customer service?! We took our business to a different place.
