I felt our stay was nice. The rooms didn't have great walls so one could hear conversations in other rooms and when people were going to and from their rooms. We had to stay due to a blizzard that hit us on our way home. Staff was nice. The breakfast to go boxes were good. The rooms were clean and the heat worked. Not many complaints.
There were some pieces of trash left in the room, also a large hairball was in between the beds. At check in front desk agent audaciously asked what my family sleeping arrangements were! However she didn't bother to tell us about the $12 parking fee. Front desk snacks needed restocking.. Pool was on the chilly side, hot tub is acceptable.
TERRIBLE customer service from the man at the front desk. Never have I ever had someone be so rude. I am a guest at this hotel. A paying customer. All he did was huff and puff any time I was nearby and couldn’t even greet me kindly. Never will I ever return to this hotel, or any other Hampton inn. Just the worst. Check your staff.
Very nice people I will Recomend this place 100% Road trips are so much fun so is staying in Hampton inn we love it ❤👨👩👦👦
Everything was great just wish they would of had a hot breakfast but do to covid it was a bag breakfast
