I was pleasantly surprised with the size of my room, and the quiet up on the 3rd floor. The bed was very comfortable, and I barely heard a peep for the two nights I was there. The housekeeping staff kept everything very tidy. I'd be happy to stay here again.

My husband and I were temporarily lodged here for just shy of two weeks following the most recent Arctic blast when some of the plumbing in our home froze. The rooms and amenities were diligently maintained, spacious, and comfortable. The staff exuded professionalism while also being friendly and approachable. Their rates are pretty competitive, and the breakfast they offer in the morning is actually quite substantial and impressive! Daily they served up a variety of well-kempt and organized juices, milks, coffee, cereal, sausage, biscuits, and they even had waffle makers with batter that tasted (in the best ways) like an ice cream cake cone. They also offered a gym and pool, with a hot tub that we didn’t have the opportunity (on this unfortunate visit) to enjoy. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were as friendly and helpful as the desk staff and working constantly in good spirits. We saw the gentleman in charge of maintenance often attending to the upkeep of facilities and noticed the same of the housekeeping staff. During our stay they did everything from adjusting the pool to accommodate for the insanely cold weather (it was like -23°F before even factoring wind chill) to deep steam cleaning the hallway carpet. It’s abundantly clear they take an immense amount of pride in their quality and reputation. The hotel’s conveniently located just on the edge of Loveland proper, and directly adjacent to a fantastic local BBQ bar and grill of well-deserved fame (they share the same parking lot). It’s not far from an abundance of hiking, restaurants, and commercial locations, and many of the rooms offer incredible, sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains. It made our impromptu stay all a bit less discouraging. They were happy to assist us in the course of several extensions as we worked on restoring our domestic plumbing and seemed to get to sort of know us. They often inquired as to how our repairs were going, and asked how we were doing as we came and went daily. We can’t recommend them more highly!

EDIT: I am adding in response to what the hotel said to my review. I clearly indicated in the opening sentence that while I paid, the reservation was made in my grandparents name: Croteau. If management would like to discuss further, I welcome it. Considering the inability to even read the beginning sentence, and complete lack of productive acknowledgment, I am going to adjust my rating even lower as well. Original review: I reserved and paid for my grandparents to stay at this hotel for a weekend visit. They had done so in the past and liked the facility. Unfortunately, it has declined in quality. They were told they had been “upgraded” to a different accessible room than we had reserved, but the one they were put in did not have a walk in shower as reserved. It also lacked a functional television or phone. My grandparents are in their 80’s so it is not as simple as switching rooms for them. By the time these issues were discovered they had settled in. The hotel did send someone quickly to get the television functional. The hotel pool leaves much to be desired. It was very dirty, with large balls of hair on the floor, a broken door, and dirt visible at the bottom of the pool. My grandpa had been looking forward to using the hot tub but the jets were weak and the water lukewarm. He visited once and didn’t return. The good was the quick assistance, the reasonable price, and the nice view of the mountains (perhaps this was the “upgrade?”) but I don’t think we will use this hotel for future visits to the area.

Tim was such a help! He was professional, personable, with great report. We called due to a different associate at this hotel quoting a price that was way lower than what we expected. I made my wife call and this guy fixed it and was so pleased to do so. He retained a customer and has got me interested in the loyalty program. Called with a gripe and ended the call wanting to subscribe to one of their product/service. That's a WOW call if I've ever heard one and I did QA for call centers. It was almost like a formula. If your management program didn't teach Tim this technique, then you probably have a natural and obvious candidate if he isn't a manager already. Tim got me to write a review without ever asking or eluding to it. Good on you, Tim. Cheers

Had a 3 day training event nearby at Sylvan Dale Ranch. The rooms were nice, but struggled a little with the pillows. They seemed to big or maybe to round. I just couldn't get comfortable with them. The hot breakfast was fantastic.
