Let me start by saying most of the staff was very nice. We hoped being a bit further out of town proper (away from I-25) would be a cleaner/nicer option. It wasn’t.
I’m hoping I can Add pics. First the pool was closed, nothing online stated such. Nothing like hoping for a swim for the family and not being able to have one. Next no pillows or bedding for the pull out couch. No allergen friendly options for breakfast. Some foreign material (barf/feces or such on the wall and floor of elevator). I brought up the pool to the front desk clerk and she said they needed to do maintenance. I shared I understand that happens but it should be notated when booking so you know and not be surprised when you get there.

Had a terrible experience here back in February. Alarms going off in the middle of the night (in ours and adjacent empty rooms) that housekeeping failed to turn off. No utensils at breakfast. Pool closed and not disclosed when booking. $50 hold charge not disclosed during booking or check in. We communicated the issues to the staff and the GM multiple times and never received a response.

This hotel was way nice! Super was awesome and my room was super clean! I stayed there a few weeks ago and had one of the best experiences! The staff was very nice and super helpful! The cute blonde girl named Kyra was exceptional. Helped me with anything I needed and the gentlemen who was there in the afternoons was also very good! Overall it was a great experience! The staff was the best part! Breakfast was also super yummy!!!

I booked a 'handicapped room'. When I arrived, their three handicapped rooms were not available. Being on crutches without weight-bearing, I had a lot of problems with the shower and toilet.
Additionally, I want to mention that the two women at the front desk had a weird attitude. Not supportive at all.

Honestly, I love this place. Rooms look newly remodeled, and this location is 50ft away from Berthound Brewery (delicious). Can't get better than a hotel right next to a good brewery.
