This is an incredibly clean and newer property. It’s the lowest priced of the surrounding hotels but honestly shouldn’t be based off the cleanliness, well appointed rooms and wonderful staff. I’m shocked by the value for what this property offers. I will 100% stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I chose this hotel because of its location and because it was one of the best-priced hotels in the area. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby - including a Starbucks. I’m glad I did because it turned out to be better than expected. The room was much more spacious than my previous stay at another Microtel. It had a great TV, a nice cozy windowsill suitable for sitting, and the bathroom was very clean. During my four-day stay, I interacted with several members of the staff, and without exception, they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their positive attitude added a personal touch to the overall atmosphere. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, a couple of minor issues prevented me from awarding a perfect five-star rating. The "free breakfast" offered was somewhat underwhelming, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Additionally, the bathroom could use better amenities. Despite these minor drawbacks, I am already planning to revisit this hotel on my next trip to see my new grandson.

This is a great place to stay! We came for a volleyball tournament and the team stayed here. The manager is patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. The rooms are clean and service is great. The location was perfect because it sits right in the middle of all the gyms!

Our stay was fine. Room was small but clean. I was taking a hot shower with the door open and the steam from that set off the smoke alarm. My husband informed the staff that was what had happened. Later on he was taking a shower and I opened up the door to grab something out of the bathroom and it went off again. Honestly no problems aside from that until after checkout when I didn’t get my 100$ deposit back. When I called and spoke to someone about it I was told they retained my deposit for smoking in the room which I adamantly denied. Absolutely nothing of any kind of anything was smoked in there. She proceeded to argue with me in an extremely condescending tone using the smoke alarms having gone off as one of her reasons to believe we had smoked and added that it also “smelled like stale smoke from drugs which she knows the smell of”. Then added that there was blood on the sheets and “drugs left in the room which they have pictures of” I relayed the blood on the sheets was accidental caused by an unfortunate womanly event. As far as drugs and the smoking of drugs goes, I knew nothing of the presence of drugs, but for argument’s sake, leaving drugs in the room did not cause damage and I am not agreeable to having to be charged for that if they were actually even there at all. She continued to be argumentative with me, refusing to return my deposit. I respectfully asked if she would mind emailing me a copy of the paper I signed for incidentals to which she nastily replied No! And hung up on me while I was speaking. Totally unprofessional. Not worth more of my time than that which I have already wasted writing this review to try and get my money back and have her job taken from her, though I very much would like to see her fired for speaking to a guest that way, insisting on false happenings. I’m sure she knows that smell for a reason and karma sucks. First and last time there. That’s for sure.

Overall, I was very impressed with my stay. I stayed one night and had a queen non-smoking room. The hotel is extremely clean and looks modern. The room was relatively small, but it was fine because I was by myself and only staying for one night. I do believe the room size is consistent with the Microtel business model, as these aren’t necessarily extended to stay hotels. The room included a queen size bed, TV, microwave refrigerator and a coffee maker. The room itself was extremely clean and was odor neutral. The bed was comfortable but that’s up to personal opinion so hard to make a statement there. I did not use the Wi-Fi as my phone got 5G, but I’m sure it would be sufficient for personal use. The breakfast was the conventional continental breakfast with waffles, variety of cereals, oatmeals, and bagels. The room was quiet and I did not hear any traffic from the nearby streets. Also, didn’t hear much from my neighbors but that’s a role of the dice because sometimes you get noisy neighbors. Overall my stay was excellent and I would stay again.
