When I arrived I explained I was there for a TO-GO Order I had the most pleasant experience. I was originally going to place the order on-line but I had some coupons I wanted to use to I called the order in and she wanted to take it over the phone just so she could make sure the coupons would be accepted. Its so hard to find GOOD customer service let alone EXCELLENT!!! Keep up the good work gals
One of the best dine in experiences...From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted, I received top notch service. I came in and was wanting to sit on the patio but was closed due to renovations? But none the less they accommodated all my needs. Server was quick to take my order. The food and beverages came out in a timely manner and tasted and looked perfect. Keep up the amazing work Old Chicago! Thank you for making my dinning experience one to remember.
This is the second time that we ordered the artichoke dip and they forgot to include the garlic bread. When we called to let them know, we were transferred 3 times before we got to the correct person. They did say they would credit the charge, which I appreciate, however I would much rather pay for my food and get the correct order without having to make two trips.
Hey! When there are guests at your host stand greet them! Don’t walk away and pretend you did not see me when you are 5 feet away from me. Me and my wife stood there for 15 minutes before being greeted and then passed by some server who was “too busy“ to deal with us. Don’t worry we went to Chili’s and got greeted in 30 seconds. Why? Because they care about their customer and they want to make money… Maybe you should have a conversation with your employees about making money and where their income comes from.
We went to Old Chicago for St Patrick’s Day to have dinner with the family but it turned out that I would have been better at eating dinner from Skid Row..this night was completely unorganized and a disaster at seating people and getting drinks, napkins, utensils, and food. I get it that per state order they have restrictions on capacity of inside the restaurant but if this place as a restaurant can’t run a half capacity restaurant then what in the hell are you going to do running full capacity...(if you make it that long) supposedly there was a wait for us but everyone else could just breeze on in after waiting 10 minutes..phones were ringing off the hook and a small portion of my wife and I just wanted to reach over and pick up the phone and take the orders off the phone for them. I don’t know if it was due to short staff or what but I sure would have hoped to have been hired on the spot if the REALLY needed the help. We finally sat down and our server was fairly on point with our first order for drinks but then the wait for the food was unusually long so as showing up at 7:15 then us sitting down at our table a little after 8:30-8:45 (somewhere in that window) our kids had fallen asleep in our lap at the table..we ended up just boxing our food up and taking it home! Thanks for the experience OC. Y’all need some figuring out to do...
