We booked this as a cheap hotel and didn't have much expectation. The guy at the front desk was not professional and had more street talk in language and not as strangers with courtesy. It was not fully occupied and we made a request of rooms (not to be near another family). However, he did not check room numbers until after we already had room assigned and then said we would be okay, though the twist not met. When we got to our room, it was propped open. The room was clean, but it looked like repairs have been done several times in the corner of the room and then just slapped back together instead of actually doing it right. Breakfast was included, but the freshest using food was the mini box of fruit loops. At check out, I asked if I could grab 1 box of fruit loops for the road. The lady at the desk (assume manager) said no, they already set up for tomorrow and is all inventoried so I was not allowed to have one. Amazing how 1 box that probably cost $.30 was such an issue and she went on about it.
I would not stay here again. Not even for the value.

I love this place! It's nice and quiet here a little on the smaller side but still busy have not had any problems here will definitely be going back breakfast is okay the pool is kind of small but they have a Jacuzzi. And guest laundry washer and dryer. Only one set and it strictly takes quarters no cards. It is one of the cheaper places to do laundry though. Definitely be careful if you are booking online as I booked a room at midnight and then went to go to the hotel and realize we couldn't check in until 3:00 p.m. that day. And unfortunately we couldn't get an early check-in until noon that same day. So a few hours early. Just not 12 hours. Lol.

The place is clean, breakfast in the morning, all the normal items in a hotel. The problem we had was while trying to let the staff know of loud people above us at all hours of the night. We encountered an employee at the desk that cussed at us, hit my wife with a sign and called us all kinds of names. The hotel was some what accommodating as they offered half our money back. But they could not guarantee the lady would be fired, so beware if she is there.

We booked a room months prior and had our service dogs with us. Upon arrival, Tasha upgraded us to a Suite. (we did not ask her to do that) The suite was very nice, clean, and had two queen beds, a little table to eat near the fridge and Microwave. There was also a nice little couch to sit on. We did have some issues with the TV and Tasha quickly came up and fixed the issue. They inn does not accept pets (unless service dogs) and the staff were most helpful in finding an easier route to the back of the hotel to a grassy area for the dogs. One thing on the Hotel side , I think the owner could use an update in the bathrooms . The toilet bowls are low to the floor making them a bit harder to use and the shower could use an additional grab bar. I would book a room with them again.

I actually didn’t stay in the hotel. I am writing this review because the woman who worked the front desk last night (8/29/22) was the most amazing person. She helped someone who needed so much assistance without any hesitation. She helped pack their bags, make sure their valuables were safe in their purse, and physically helped this person down to the lobby all while carrying their belongings. TASHA went above and beyond for this person because she cares. Tasha is the kind of person who should be working in customer service. Tasha helped a person in need out of the kindness of her heart when it far surpassed her job duties. Thank you Tasha for the help you gave this person. You are appreciated beyond words. Quality inn loveland, give this woman a raise.
