Even though I tried to cancel way more than 24 hours in advance they are refusing to give me my money back even though they said they would. The staff were super nice just not the manager who was refusing to give me my money back. I tried to be really nice about it but at the end of the day my refrigerator didn't even work, I got restocked a dirty towel, there were some weird pills (drugs) tucked around the room. There was not a decent coffee supply at breakfast all the juices were out and there was oatmeal but no hot water. I literally just want my money back for the nights I did not even stay in the hotel. Bad management.

Good location to everything. Room was larger than expected. However, our room was dirty in many areas. Food crumbs along the bed skirting and the carpet. Room phone was filthy! The shower has no water pressure and the faucet literally moves when you pull up the device to get the shower. My husband went down to the front desk several times to get an extra towel and more kleenex. No one was at the desk and they didn't answer the bell. Also, we were told there would always be coffee available yet several times it was empty mid afternoon. We stayed in room 301 and it was very noisy because of the traffic on Eisenhower. I suggest if you want a quiet stay, don't stay in this room. We probably won't stay here again just because of all the issues we had.

Disgusting. Run down and dirty. Noisy. The hot tub was warm and the pool was freezing. The sheets smelled gross, were pilly and scratchy and the bedding sparse. The bed was uncomfortable. Watch out for the hidden fees, like the "in-room safe fee" they surprise you with at check in. I'm not normally hard to please but I was highly frustrated with myself for booking this dump. Spend the extra $30-50 and go somewhere nicer. On a positive note, the staff were nice and it's in an easy to find location close to shopping and MCR.

I would gladly give this place zero stars if I could. Where to begin with the problems? I think the scariest thing is that there were multiple pills scattered under the bed of various colors and kinds. We have a small baby who is crawling around on the floor and can't imagine the crisis that would have occured had he found these pills carelessly left out. I don't expect the place to be the Ritz but I definitely expect it to be clean and safe for my children. I can't believe a business would be so careless. It also makes me question what kind of people are staying at a place like this. Except you can see the kind of people staying here because there are riff raff hanging around smoking outside the building and wandering around inside, possibly living there. Add that to the run down state of the place and I'd say we'll never be back. Our room had a torn curtain, chips in the bathtub, mildew on the ceiling, and the furniture and walls were in various states of being torn and in disrepair. Our baby was walking around barefoot and just walking around gave him black feet which makes me question exactly how clean their carpets are. The floor was sloped and weird. The shower dripped on and off. The pool they so delightfully advertise is a rundown mess. And the whole place felt damp and weird. The staff seemed put out when we interrupted their smoke break to check in as well. We generally don't expect much from a hotel, just to be clean and generally comfortable to sleep in, but this place was pretty disappointing. You'd think for over $100 a night it would at least be clean and comfortable but it's not. Save yourself the money and the headache and choose somewhere that's safer and cleaner. I'd post pictures of said pills and the look of the place, but I can't figure out how.

We typically stay in Choice Hotels, this had to be one of the lowest rated stays. The staff seemed very nice but not managed at all. Breakfast was waffles and cold cereal and hard boiled eggs. Juice machine broken and at 8 am the ice all melted in the juice on counter so oj was warm. Rooms clean. Pool reeked of chlorine..burned our eyes from the elevator.
