Unpleasant smell in room, stained chairs and carpet, tub wouldn't hold water and a defect in the tub bottom was covered with no slip strips, there was a strange fan box of some sort plugged in by the TV, no battery cover on the remote, beds are clean and fresh, pool and breakfast were fine. Seems spendy for the overall condition. Desk staff was nice!!
This building really needs upgrading. The health and safety of the guests have me concerned. Black mold, water leaks, smells, overpriced and extremely rude staff.. Unprofessional manager ...kinda heavy set blond I think her name was Kim very rude. Staff training and a meeting about customer service would be a good start. Coffee and eggs were cold. I will stay in my car next time.
I will start out by saying Danielle and Mandi are awesome. Very friendly and top notch customer service. We ended up on the 3rd floor due to booking (not their fault) but the hotel has an elevator. On my last night here, the elevator broke down, and with severe knee issues stairs are difficult to say the least. They were both apologetic, and requested a tech to repair the elevator asap. It took a short while but it was repaired and was only a minor inconvenience. The only complaint I have is that the room smelled like marijuana when we checked in. They immediately offered some deodorizer, and because they were at capacity, apologized that they could not change our room. I did not get the breakfast but it smells amazing, everyone is cheerful and friendly. The next time I come through Loveland Colorado I will be staying here. Great rates, great customer service, and great amenities.
No hand towels or bathmat. The chair in the room was totally wore out the material is coming off the chair on both arms and seat look pretty pitiful one does expect better considering the price paid. The carpet is wore out and really the room is outdated. If it weren't for the fact it was late and we needed a place we would have went else where. Breakfast is just hard dry sausage sandwiches. Quality Inn for the next night was so worth a very few dollars more.
I've never stayed at a Rodeway and at first I was nervous about staying in such a cheap hotel. I will now go to Rodeways as my go to. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only problems I had was the elevator was not as clean and the mini fridge seemed very old, but did work nonetheless. Overall I was blown away by the cost of the room and how well kept it was.
