Food is good but they're stingy with the fries for sure. Also, if it's this dirty in the front of the house, how does the kitchen look? They need to have better standards.
Update: I received a comment from Smashburger asking for me to follow up personally with an email to them. It's been a couple of weeks now and after providing the info that was requested, I haven't gotten any type of response back. In response to thier lack of response, I'm taking away a star. After reading further reviews, more recent than mine, that are just as bad, it seems like even corporate doesn't care.

Good yet not great. They were out of something and couldn’t make their specialty burger. No big deal, but maybe don’t advertise it the most as I walk in?
Came fast. However I felt I was overcharged. They don’t seem to have a proper meal option it seems. I felt rushed and they seemed understaffed too. I don’t fault the employees. They’re doing their best. But I just felt it wasn’t worth all the hype. Burgers are burgers usually

Fast food ? I waited for 25 minutes to receive hot wings and a classic single burger, were sitting and got cold. Not what I expect for a $22 lunch. I guess maybe ordering an hour ahead maybe it’d be ready.
Probably not with everything being hot, or at least warm. Really disappointed and can get a warm burger and fries for a third of the price in other place.

Chad is amazing! I have an allergy and he made sure my food was in a separate bag and they followed proper precautions when making my food! So thankful for his help and great customer service!!!

Chad was extremely nice and polite, he was the only one working and was backed up and extremely busy. He still had a friendly and calm composure and provided some of the best service I've ever had. Would highly recommend the food and the service coming from an extremely understaffed restaurant
