I went in to get my mom coffee after work and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She was very friendly and started a conversation with me. When she asked what I was doing after I told her I was doing homework. We talked about me going to school and she asked to see my work. I showed her and honestly the entire interaction made my day. I have never had such an amazing experience while getting coffee like I did today. I regret I didn't get her name so I could put it in this review but her hair was red and she was so friendly. Everyone was friendly when I walked in so it is just an amazing store with extraordinary customer service! I will continue to go back. And I wanted to say thank you again for making my day! It means more than I could possibly say or convey to this girl. Thank you qnd keep up the great work!

Had an issue using my stars this morning, and was really upset. I almost 1000 stars so I drink alot if coffee! Super frustrated with the company for how difficult they make it, but Karen at this store was awesome and helped me get what I needed! She is an example of excellent customer service and definitely deserves a shout out! I left happy because of her! Thanks Karen!

The baristas at this Starbucks location serve the best pumpkin cream cold brew in the northern Colorado region. The pumpkin cream cold foam that tops this beverage is created to perfection! Thank you for brightening my day with welcoming smiles and consistently high quality products.

One guy named Lukas was very Kind, and starting a conversation. Pretty ok drinks the end as well.

4/5 drinks were wrong, 1 of 3 wasn't even close to the drink we ordered for delivery. Only 1 was right.

Kathy or Mama K as she calls herself help me with my diabetes and designed a drink that was better for me but amazing in flavor. Tall flat white with coconut milk and cinnamon powder steam together. It was phenomenal!
