The parking was convenient and free. The front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept. The pool and workout room were clean and well maintained. This hotel is conveniently located in downtown near good food and entertainment. I'll definitely go back here. Only complaint is that the walls are a little thin and being downtown you do hear traffic and trains.

We recently had to stay here for 5 days due to our bathroom being remodeled. The hotel is clean, inviting and has many amenities. The best part about this hotel is the staff I have never encountered anything like this before but each and every staff person I encountered from the front desk to the housekeepers to security to breakfast staff has some of the most outstanding customer service around not only that they were all very friendly and eager to help. I wish I would have written down each person's name the she is absolutely amazing person that I had the most interaction with was Victoria from the front desk

Super atmosphere, very nice room, very good breakfast, free clean garage. Only big strike was bad noise from major roadways which are on top of the hotel and thin flooring (very noisy upper levels). Other smaller strikes -the avoidance of housekeeping (they confess Marriott has made cuts), no dish soap for kitchen, no non dairy milk for coffee (Hays KS had oat milk). Easy fix on smaller. I might suggest offering fans for white noise since the hvac is too light. There’s an upscale Wichita hotel on the main drag that offers this - very nice touch if you can’t improve sound proofing otherwise.

Convenient location across the street from adorable downtown Loveland. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room is perfect size with everything we needed. Common areas were comfortable, spacious, and stylish. We will be back!

We've been staying @ this location for 3 consecutive years as a launch point; sadly, this year (2022), we noticed a significant deterioration from what would have previously been a 5-star review. From the clogged HVAC unit to the clogged bathroom sink, to the very peculiar tasting cup of coffee, picked-over breakfast - all for $250/night. What was once looked forward to as a place to recharge and regroup, is now a lackluster representative for the Mariott chain of hotels. Despite being in a really good location - walking distance to downtown Loveland shops and restaurants - for $250/night and the need for a better experience - we'll now start looking for a better launch point since memories of years past cannot sustain or retain this customer.
